Crown Terrace 113 accommodates 8 adults plus two small children and multiple cars. There are 4 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Three bedrooms are located on the pool level. The master bedroom, on the pool level, features a sofa that can be converted into a bed suitable for 2 young children. The twin bedroom can be converted into a king-size bed upon request using a topper. The master bedroom on the upper floor has its own terrace, sun loungers, and views of the pool and the sea.
For warm afternoons, the large family room and kitchen share 3 air conditioners. The villa provides plenty of towels, linens, and beach towels. Villa Teodoro features a well-equipped kitchen and a barbecue if you choose to cook at home. For streaming movies on the television, there's 40 MBs WIFI. There's also a pantry with a washing machine. The house also has a LaserJet printer, copier, and scanner.
